What is the smallest file size to print?

Refer to Pixel Per Inch (PPI) Chart, this chart doesn’t have all pixel dimension however, it will give you a general idea. To find your photos PPI on a Mac, right click on photo file and click on “get info” and PC right click the image then click on “properties”. There is where you will find the PPI for each image.

What file format can be uploaded?

JPG, Jpeg, and PNG files only.

Whats the largest I can print?

Our printer maximum is 44’ x 100’

How will the prints ship?

Generally in a square mailing tubes with protective paper wrapped around the print, unless the print is small enough to fit in a stayflat mailer with extra backing to make sure its not folded.(22inx27in)
